We’re looking for a traffic manager who’s not just good at launching campaigns — but thrives on making them work in complex markets and for complex industries. This role is for someone who thinks in funnels, understands audience psychology, and knows how to turn media budgets into conversions — not just clicks. As a part of digital marketing team you’ll work closely with the creative and content teams to bring bold campaign ideas to life and make sure they perform.
What you’ll be doing:
Launching and optimizing ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other
Testing hypotheses, fine-tuning targeting and ad copy, chasing those CPLs
Working on campaigns for complex industries and niche markets — primary B2B
Collaborating with design and content to shape powerful, performance-driven campaigns
Reporting on what works, what doesn’t, and how we scale the wins

Have experience managing paid campaigns across the above platforms
Understand the mechanics of paid media, targeting, bidding, and testing
Have a creative mindset and like trying new formats and angles
Can show portfolio cases with performance results (we love seeing charts and real numbers)
Are analytical but not afraid of wild ideas — the best campaigns are both smart and bold
