What you'll do
- Produce technical documentation: UI specifications, API contracts, integration diagrams, process flows, and data models
- Participate in designing and describing interactions between microservices, including contributing to ADRs
- Work with the team on technical decomposition and backlog shaping
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, Product Owners, designers, and architects
- Validate that delivered solutions match the agreed requirements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and integrations
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture for web applications
- Confident knowledge of integration types -- synchronous and asynchronous
- Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka)
- Experience describing REST APIs in OpenAPI format
- Experience designing data models (ERD)
- Strong SQL skills, including normalisation, JOINs, and nested queries
- Working knowledge of BPMN and UML notations (sequence diagrams in particular)
- UX/UI prototyping skills: building user flows, screen logic, wireframes, and mockups
- Comfortable with Postman, JSON editors, Confluence, and Git
- Experience writing tasks for frontend and backend teams and a clear grasp of core development workflows
- Ability to present results clearly -- explaining and visualising for both technical and business audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with Zitadel, Keycloak, or similar IAM solutions
- Understanding of scalability and reliability principles in distributed systems
- Familiarity with the C4 model
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with the NATS message broker
