An international product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, most of which are online entertainment services, is looking for a Lead Design.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing a design team and developing a community: planning, mentoring, reviewing work, developing best practices and conducting 1:1;
  • Formation and development of design processes: participating in building design systems, pipelines, design reviews and quality standards;
  • Working closely with products and development: being the voice of the user from idea to implementation;
  • Participation in developing a product strategy, generating and visualizing product hypotheses, proposing solutions through the prism of UX;
  • Conducting design reviews, quality control of the final implementation for compliance with design principles/standards;
  • Participation in hiring and developing team designers;
  • Independent work and participation in working out complex business tasks in terms of UX/UI.

What skills are needed:
  • Experience working with interfaces in product companies from 4 years of full-time practice;
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a lead or senior designer;
  • Link to a portfolio with interface development and design;
  • Portfolio with product design cases (Web / Mobile);
  • Experience building design processes, participating in the development of design systems;
  • Skills in team management, review, mentoring;
  • Confident use of Figma, prototyping;
  • Ability to work with research and metrics for decision-making;
  • Developed sense of visual style, attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills, ability to argue design solutions.

A plus:
  • Knowledge of the basics of the frontend;
  • Ability and desire to work with busy, dry interfaces;
  • Love for guidelines and design systems;
  • Literacy and basic editorial knowledge (must read the book "Write, Cut" by Ilyakhov, Sarycheva);
  • Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
  • Ability to receive and give feedback and work with constructive criticism.
