Uplatform is a bold, fast-moving iGaming solutions provider serving markets around the world. We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own the relationship with our B2B partners end to end, turning their requests into results and directly influencing how their projects grow. This is not a support desk role. Your decisions shape player activity, deposits, and retention on large international projects.

What you'll do
- Own day-to-day communication with partners through chats and calls
- Answer questions on the platform, payments, bonuses, and operational processes, and manage expectations even when timelines aren't fixed
- Turn incoming requests into clear, correct briefs for internal teams, then track them to delivery
- Track task statuses in Jira or similar systems and keep partners updated
- Monitor project metrics including player activity, deposits, conversion, and retention, and spot problem areas and growth opportunities
- Coordinate bonus campaigns, promo activities, and operational launches
- Work closely with Product, CRM, Payments, Security, and Development teams
- Take the lead on escalations, finding solutions within the platform's constraints and under pressure
- Maintain project documentation and communication history
What we're looking for
- Experience working with Jira or similar task-tracking systems
- Experience working with CRM or backoffice systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communication flows simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic to intermediate analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of digital products and user flows
- English level B2 or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with B2B products or platforms
- Experience in iGaming
- Experience working with project metrics and operational reporting
