Our global team builds and supports high-load products that millions of players rely on every day -- and we're looking for a Delivery Manager to keep our product teams moving fast, shipping value, and operating at their best.

What you'll do
- Organise the way a product team works to consistently hit business outcomes
- Build, refine, and continuously improve the team's value-delivery process
- Coordinate collaboration with adjacent teams and the Product Owner
- Set up and tune the team's tooling -- task tracker, knowledge base, and supporting workflows
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager
- Strong working knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies
- Confident hands-on skills configuring task trackers, knowledge bases, and team tooling
- Proven experience facilitating group discussions and working with cross-functional, distributed teams
Nice to have
- Experience launching new teams from scratch or restarting processes in established ones
- A development background -- enough to speak the same language as engineers
- Certifications or formal training in Agile methodologies
